Everyday bloke real name Matthew Mills first got into music at 17 as a budding DJ playing Hip-Hop under the name of MJ MILLS. He played at a lot of venues in his local city Norwich including the waterfront, Owens (now called traffik) and sonic. He stopped in 2005 beacause he felt he had more to offer as a songwriter/musician than as a DJ. Gigs dryed up around 2005 so he enrolled at a local "access to music" college to learn more production and sound recording techniques .
