In 2004, friends Rob Jones and Drew Kerr had the idea to create a new band within the Melbourne Hardcore Scene. Early musical influences for the group would include bands such as Minor Threat and Black Flag. While working behind the bar at The Green Room, Rob was introduced to Dave “Poodle” Gannon, a well known member of the Melbourne Metal Scene and Bass player for local rock band The RIP Rides.
