Mentalni Nered was Pula's, Croatia / former Yugoslavia(1983-1986), answer to Disorder, Larm, and Finnish hardcore. Listening to it today it also reminds me at some Japanese stuff like Confuse or Gai but with that raw former Yugoslavian type of craziness. Chaotic dirty distort fest at here, so all you raw punxs and hardcore trash maniacs outhere, this should be a total must for you!
