erasure 1985年Erasure（灭迹乐团）成军于英国伦敦，其中创作核心Vince Clarke可谓流行电子合成乐的传奇人物，不仅在Depeche Mode早期创作中扮演重要角色，更陆绩组成Yazoo 与Assembly这两组让人印象深刻的电子乐团。结束了与Feargal Sharkey共同合作的 Assembly，Vince Clarke原本打算找十位不同的歌手录制一张完整专辑，透过英国音乐刊物Melody Maker上的征求启事，他从40多位跃跃欲试的歌手中找到了Andy Bell。曾经担任众多摇滚乐团主音的Andy Bell，与个性害羞且不善面对媒体Vince Clarke犹如两个极端，却也是极佳的互补。靠着流行悦耳的电子流行金曲，加上Andy Bell不可多得的动人嗓音，灭迹合唱团成立至今创造超过30首的Top 40排行榜金曲与一千四百万张的唱片销售佳绩。 成军二十余年，Erasure始终坚持流行舞曲路线，以电子合成乐缀饰动人长青的流行歌曲。2003年推出精选专辑，Erasure2005年发表他们的《Nightbird》，2006年透过专辑《Union Street》，以Acoustic的手法诠释过去旧作。此张全新创作专辑《Light At The End Of The World》，获得众多专业音乐媒体满分评价，由传奇制作人Gar… 了解更多
