Listened to The Hurry And The Farm in full today for the first time in 5 years. Still beautiful. By no means my favourite, but I have fond memories of June 2013 driving from England to France to go see him live, this album had just released the day before we left and was one of the only CD's i had in the car, so it was essentially on repeat the way there and back. I really struggle to listen Dal as much as I used to these days, but this listen just sent so many happy memories of probably the best year of my life come flooding back. So grateful for this man's art. Soppy post but just needed somewhere to write this today.
