"Save Your Scissors" is the first single from City and Colour's album Sometimes, released in 2005. The song is entirely based on Dallas Green's voice and acoustic guitar playing, with no other instruments involved. The music video shows Dallas' everyday life, with his playing, eating lunch, stopping by a music store, and going to a practice with Alexisonfire, among other things. The song is very poorly sung by Liam Cormier in the Cancer Bats video for the song French Immersion, where he purposefully sings out of tune and sings the wrong lyrics.
