Ratko Mladić is a former Serbian general and convicted war criminal who was arrested in 2011, around the time of this album’s release, for his role in the Srebrenica massacre. “Mladić” also evidently means “youngster” in both the Serbian and Bosnian languages. This song was previously known as "Albanian", and live performances are available dating back to March 2003 (e.g. archived concert from May).
