In a May 2003 interview with then Elemental Magazine writer Peter Agoston, DOOM explained how E Dub found the main sample that was looped to create the beat "He found the loop totally yo! Check this out: it was on a porno. … It was an old porno too! I was like, “E what are you doing with this old ass porno anyway?” … There was some skinny skinny dude… he had two chicks with him, he had the boots on ass naked… but right there was the loop with the violins."
