Dear Perps- Lach here. First time on Last.fm and am surprised to see my music here, people selling it etc. No one ever consulted me about that! Very strange. Then to see Vin InSignifacant's complete lies and made up idiot wind about me posted here without the ability to delete it leaves me rather non-plussed with yet another modern site. I'm busy writing new songs, stories, poems and performing so it'll be a while before I can address this. In the meantime, please use lach.bandcamp.com to listen to and buy my tracks. "What are you talking about?" I said. "It's written in the contract that the agreement is valid starting on the signing date for the length of the term and "The Term" is defined at 2 years. We're several months past 2 years of the signing date." "I own your record...forever...Sales Period means the time period beginning on the Signing Date and continuing in perpetuity for the Master manufactured during the Term in the Territory." I was kind of dizzy in disbelief. Was this really happening. "Are you really doing this?" Lach looked down at the contract took a breath and said, "Well, of course we could discuss the idea of you buying your record back from me." I said I would give him $50 dollars just to see what he would say. "Oh, I think this is a million dollar album," he said without flinching"
