Insanely underrated band, Alex CF is a very talented person.

Such a shame they disbanded. Archivist doesn't even come close to this.

Whilst looking through an old harddrive of music and project ideas, I found the full first draft of our unreleased third album I was working on around the end of 2014. I thought it would be a shame not to share this with you. This was written specifically for Light Bearer and could never be repurposed for a different project, so it would have been left to rot This is a small clip of Act III: Magisterium. One 40 minute long song that charts the rise of the tyrannical theistic institution. This is taken from the closing minutes of the record. April 2018....still missing Light Bearer. I'll follow up with pretty much all their subsequent projects out of loyalty, but nothing I've heard yet has even scratched the majesty of this one

Gutted to hear that Light Bearer are no more :-(. Saw them along with The Mire and Palehorse as support in London a few years ago, not been far from my playlist since..Checking out Archivist now, loving Ascension so far! Thanks for that Apocalyptan.

Simply shocked.One of the greatest loss modern music could receive :( [2] I too am devastated, all of their releases have been among my favorites for the last several years. Everyone should check out Archivist, as Lloergan posted below, with at least two members of LB, and keep an eye out for Morrow later this year, which is a project planned between I believe three members of LB.

no info yet, I'm still waiting. other than that there's tons of side projects, either released or in the making.

Hey alex-CF, my girlfriend and I were in Hamburg when you had your gig, visiting from Australia and decided to go to your show. So glad that we did, you guys were incredible and otherwise I may never have seen you guys. Now a fan for life! Incredible music, don't ever stop!

Although, not as great as Lapsus, Silver Tongue sure is an incredible album. They create so many musical moods and emotions.

Many people know of your existence because of FoE and FoE fans. So there will be comparisons, it's inevitable. Take it easy dude.
