    re: weezer. blue was a fucking sensation, my brother told me everyone in high school knew buddy holly, even if they didnt like music. nothing hit as hard after that. lots of other bands too, especially those that had unexpected success.

    it's true. I was there. Buddy Holly was everywhere. Then pinkerton hit, and just as soon as they appeared, they disappeared, and it was a big surprise to see them return with the green album.

I loved Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts a lot and i'm going to listen it more. Especially Run Into Flowers is probably one of the best songs of all-time. But the other albums don't see to do it completely for me, perhaps it's yet to happen, but I don't know.
