Completely in love with their new album, which is exactly what I needed. Two decades later and the wait was worth it.

Puzzlewood is precisely the cute, quirky, playful and beguiling music I needed to hear right now. I've always loved For Beginner Piano and I would have never expected to be typing here about a new album, but here we are, and I'm extremely grateful for it.

The unreleased album is kind of like the SMiLE of electronic music.

Seconding pixel_dude's sentiments. The unreleased album grew on me in a big way. At first I wrote it off a little and just dug Slow Arp, then I decided Multitonal was just as good if not better, before realising I actually really enjoyed the whole thing. I love this style of music. Playful and substantial.

Their unreleased second album is definitely the best unreleased album I've ever heard. It is such a shame what happened to this band. So much joyful talent, largely left untapped.

I have to be honest,i never heard of Plone until i heard "plaything" on that one tv ad...when i heard it i had to look it up and i end up buying "For Beginner Piano "..i'm loving every bit of it!

But I'm repeating myself....heh heh. I love this band!

Weird..more like sad. There isn't even a tag at the bottom of the screen giving the lads some credit and perhaps exposing the music to a person that liked the little bit of the tune on the commercial. It's criminal what happened to this band. Thankfully, the second lp leaked. It deserves a proper release.

Weird - just heard "Plaything" on a Reese's peanut butter cups commercial. I think I downloaded it from mp3.com about 9 years ago!
