I saw Quickspace about 10 times back in the day... Great band. I am in an apparent minority who thought that the extended psych goodness of Quickspace was an improvement on th' Faith Healers. Tom needs to put out some new stuff asap!

For me the EP 'The Precious Mountain' is Quicksand at their best. I remember seeing them in the 90's I think it was playing these tracks supporting Mogwai if I recall correctly. You can definitely hear what sounds like a little Mogwai influence on this EPs tracks plus maybe a bit of Kyuss thrown in? Not a bad combination in my book.
