Recorded in 1997-'98 it was supposed to be released in 1998 (They still went ahead with their 1998-'99 tour) but due to delays it wasn't release until early 1999, consequently the packaging incorrectly lists 1998 as the release year. Underworld are a British electronic group formed in 1986 in Romford, Essex, England, by Karl Hyde (vocals, guitar, production) and Rick Smith (keyboards, production).
