Libertad is the second and final studio album by hard rock supergroup Velvet Revolver, released on July 3, 2007. The name Libertad is derived from the Spanish language, and translates to "Liberty" or "Freedom". In 2005, Scott Weiland would announce that Velvet Revolver was working on its second studio album, and that it was planned to be a concept album.
