Biography
There are several artists with the name Gain:
1. Son Ga-in, known mononymously as Gain (Hangul: 가인) , is a South Korean singer, actress and entertainer, best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Brown Eyed Girls.
2. Positive Hardcore band from Oslo, Norway that only put out one demo cassette. They did a small tour with So Much Hate and then broke up. Members moved on to play in: Onward, Contention, Jin'Rik'Sha', Sportswear, Pinpoint, DieDieDie and Amulet. Sportswear covered the Gain song "Hardcore Pride" but changed the title and lyrics to "Straight Edge Pride".
3. GAIN is also an alternative rock band from Barcelona. Their influences are 90's bands like Pearl Jam, At The Drive-in and Screaming Trees. The three core members are Isma Doblado, Marc Mas and Felix Prados. Their discography includes Quevaaserdenosotros (2008), Somos Aire (2020), and Entropia (2014)
