Yet another underrated Philly artist. I know that this is an old track but why is it not being played on the radio?

I'm both young and old enough to remember when BET used to play this video on Midnight Love. LOL.

I use to think that artist like Amel, Rahsaan Patterson, and others had more depth than the mainstream, commercial, “dollar store” music we are flooded with on the radio. Its not that Amel has more depth, it’s that she's making the conscious choice to tap into that depth she has (we all have). Anytime you do what you TRULY love and follow your passion, we all benefit from that choice. Amel is the truth for real; the total package. The voice, the rhythm, the melody, and her no frills spirituality merges, as they do for people living life (embracing their passion). Thanks for sharing and shining Amel. Oh did I mention that this song is awesome and one of my new time all-time favorites?
