Наконец-то альбом без уебанского оперного пения и примитивных партий. Впринципе можно скипнуть все предыдущие и послушать только этот.

For me a major bounce back after they went a bit too poppy with Point of Entry and British Steel for my liking. Also one of the most consistent Priest albums -- top quality from start to finish without a single bad cut to be found.

Kind of digging Point of Entry a bit more lately, although I still do find it to be a little too poppy. Not as much so as British Steel though! But yeah, Screaming for Vengeance still kills and is definitely one of the best Priest records ever.

Probably my favorite Judas Priest album. Combines the traditional heavy metal sound of British Steel with the 80s-metal sound that would define Defenders of the Faith. Nobody was better than Priest in 1982. Remember, Bruce Dickinson hadn't joined Maiden yet, and Metallica and Megadeth were still years away from their debuts. Priest was at the top of their game in 1982.

This record is quite cool. 3 awesome songs in a row. Not too much into the 3 songs after Riding on the Wind. Then I totally dig the title track and who doesn't like You've Got Another Thing Comin'? Fever and Devil's Child... meh, sorry not into 'em.

This album is an enduring classic for all time and has really stood the test of time since its 1982 release. The last great Judas Priest recording at least for a while. No synths,no electric drum kits,no power ballads, just good old fashioned old school traditional heavy metal the way it was intended to be.

To me this is one of those perfect albums that combines the sounds of heavy metal and hard rock perfectly. It doesn't matter if you come from AC/DC- or Sabbath-type music, this will suit anyone with a good taste in music. "Fever" is such an underrated song from JP, as well.
