1999 is the new EP from Indonesian rapper, Rich Brian, following his 2019 album The Sailor. The EP is named after the year that Brian was born. The EP was revealed on Brian’s social media pages on August 16th, 2020 and is said to be “his favorite EP” according to Brian’s tweet.
The lead single to the EP, “Love in My Pocket”, was released on July 10th, along with an “Unfinished Video” of Brian in a green screen studio. The second single, “Don’t Care,” was released on August 18, 2020.
