Biography
Rockstaa an independent artist from NH. He started becoming interested in music at a young age, playing various instruments, however, in 8th grade he started singing and it has become a huge part of his life since then. He had a solo in every concert since sophomore year and is proud to say he was part of the few who are accepted into the All-State Chorus. After high school, Rockstaa competed in The NH Idol Competition and made it into the top 40 out of the 400 people that auditioned. Recently, he's begun recording, writing and producing his own songs and beats. he's have created five original songs, "Can U Handle It?" "Tonight", "Music is the Heart of Our Soul," "Stranger Than Fiction," and "Let Go" He am extremely excited about the success of these songs with "Music is the Heart of Our Soul" having almost 1500 downloads in a little over 4 days. "Can U Handle It?" has been played a local club, The Amber Room, and he has been mentioned on a popular radio station, Jamn945. He plans to have a 4 or 5 song album available for download on Itunes by the end of April and will also be sending out demos to various Labels hoping for the best.
The fifth song that Rockstaa is pleased to announce is "Runnin The Show". This song was done with Tyler Fiore. He is another independent artist on myspace. You can find him at myspace.com/tylerfiore. He came to Rockstaa with the idea of doing a song together. He obviously accepted. There were a few obstacles, seeing as they live on opposite sides of the United States, but it was well worth it. The concept behind the song is that they are both artists trying to break through into the mainstream and "Run the Show". Jkeys was the amazing producer who made one of the sickest beats on the planet. Tyler and Rockstaa co-wrote the lyrics and Rockstaa did all of the mixing. They hope to have great success with this song and hope everyone enjoys it.
"Music is The Heart of Our Soul" was inspired by a blog Rockstaa visits regularly that was created and run by Vicki. He met some new people on there Sierra, and Willz and the song is basically about Vickis blog, and some inside jokes. He created a hot beat for it and wrote the song all in about an hour and a half!
"Stranger Than Fiction" is one of Rockstaa's favorites! The song is again, completely original, and it's about how fame make life stressful, pressured and surreal and yet people are still desperate to be a part of it.
"Let Go" is a brand new song! Rockstaa is really proud of it. All vocals are his, but what's different about thins song than any of my others is that a producer made the beat. EMotionL Productions made the beat to this song and Rockstaa instantly knew he had to use it, so thank you to him/her :)!!!
