It’s interesting that most of the highly rated photos feature the very first lineup without Wakeman or even Howe.

Мне всё ещё чертовски интересно, как так можно было захуячить всюду это "DELUXEDITION" и при этом подумать "О даааа... выглядит добротно, добротно"

Ugh... remastered all on Spotify... they're too afraid to have us hear Yes at their Yes-est

Best line-up: Jon Anderson + Steve Howe + Chris Squire + Rick Wakeman + Bill Brufford

Not sure how I feel about this latest album "Mirror to the Sky". At what point does a band stop becoming a band and more of an "idea". There's lots to enjoy on MttS - like the track Luminosity which carries the torch of long form meandering pop-prog, but there's also a lot of hollow moments. It's almost like I am on a different parallel universe timeline - things are the same but it's not quite right. Anyway, I don't think this new one holds a torch to Magnification or Fly From Here in terms of impact, though it's certainly not an offensive record.

Saw Jon Anderson last night again and wow, at age 78 his voice is spot on perfect! What a treat! If you get the chance to see him doing the "Yes Epics" tour it is quite an event!

hard agree - Trevor Horns integration into the band was a true breath of fresh air, bringing great energy and a perfect edgy vocal middle ground between Andersons butter and Squires backing vocals - definitely the best era of Yes, imagine if they had done 3-4 albums with that lineup *drools*
