No, actually I've checked them for the first time and I can tell you that I liked the sound of their music. I'll download these songs to my player. Thank you very much. The first part of the first song before the metal part reminded me of 80s new wave. Don't know why :))Thanks!!

I've been really digging Blindead's Absence. Now I know why you were disappointed by Affliction XXIX II MXMVI. :P

Sorry for the late reply, dude. How's it been? By the way, that Agalloch show was amazing. Better than the one I saw in 2010 because they weren't disinterested like they seemed in 2010.

I have attained the ultimate level of music listening elitism by scrobbling to last.fm from a program that I made. :P http://i.imgur.com/EC3r7J9.png

I've been spending most of my summer break from Ohio University programming an audio player in C/C++ with gtkmm 3.12 GStreamer 1.24 and some other libraries. It only works on Arch at the moment since that's what I use for my desktop computer, but I'll probably add support for other stuff later. I'm going to implement last.fm scrobbling support in the next couple of weeks. Probably sooner than later. I'm working on making the playlist at the moment.

That seems to be a common sentiment among some people. I can see why so many people were disappointed. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I really love it. I think it's just a good as their other albums. I'm going to see them in CLeveland, Ohio on the 21st. :P I'm really glad you gave Tall Poppy Syndrome another chance. I believe it's their best work, but I like all four albums.

Hedayat been recommended to me and I found him amazing! I'm a big fan of Russian literature, and classic literature. Dostoevsky is my favorite author and human on earth. There's another great novel I think you'll enjoy: Against Nature by Joris-Karl Huysmans. What about you, which french philosopher had an impact on you?

Hmm there's no one in my mind recently, but I grew fond of literature and there's this french author I love and if you want to check his works you can read Journey to The End of The Night by Louis-Ferdinand Céline

Hey dude! In Ukraine now occures Game of Thrones. Games of politicians. Namely, Game of Russian politicians and policy makers from NATO. Russia sends to Ukraine its special forces to disturb the peace in Ukraine. And NATO sends their troops to stop the Russians. Yes, I have got friends in Kiev. They believe in Ukrainian propaganda. They believe in the Russian aggression. But in general, in all the cities the situation is calm enough. There is a hassle, but there is no open war. But the Western media also lie. This is information war. There is no truth in the media as well as in the Internet. The full truth is only known by those who run Russia and the United States. We can only guess.

I despise Sartre :P no matter how hard I try to read for him, it just doesn't work, it feels like I don't buy his shitty whatsoever philosophy ! He's a smirch in the history of french philosophy in my opinion

Here is direct links to MP3s of Agalloch's new album. It was released early on NPR and I hate their (uscrobbleable) music player, so I found drect links to the tracks. (: I haven't yet made my mind to go deeper into classic guitar music. I guess, it's great staff!! Yes, I have. I started playing the piano at the age of eight/nine. At that period of time, I was in love with that instrument .When I was taking piano lessons, I always made my piano teacher to give me the lessons I wanted :DD Beethoven, Mozart, Aram Khachaturian (he's an Armenia composer). And I always enjoyed mastering those works. Now, I play acoustic guitar and almost forgot the piano, sadly. Btw, I am a self-taught guitar player (: Yes, you are quite right!! We have many talented and famous musicians in every genre of music.

LOL. I meant that about Leprous' Tall Poppy Syndrome. I still haven't listened Lamentos a poema muerto, but I will soon. I recommend you check out Tall Poppy Syndrome sometime. I like it more than Coal and Bilateral and I think both are great.

Actually, I'm into both progressive and doom metal. I began with progressive, then I got into doom (: Yeah, The Beautified Project is an Armenian dark acoustic/melancholic, alternative rock band. If you like the bands like Antimatter or Anathema, you'll also probably enjoy their music too. If you are into heavier music, their third album is heavier compared with the first two albums. The first two albums are mostly acoustic. They also have a song featuring Mick Moss of Antimatter. So, check them out, if you are interested!!!! (:

Hell yeah! That's how I feel about Leprous' Tall Poppy Syndrome right now. I think it's their best. I like that there is a second part to Surrendered to the Decadence on Lamentos a poema muerto. That's my favorite song from Sounds of Pain...

it's not an advice, because I hate advising, but from my experience I learned not to judge any band, I learned to listen to the band I didn't feel like getting into it after a while, most of my favorite bands I didn't get into them from the first shot, it seems that there's many factors play a role in understanding music and getting into it, so try it, when you don't feel like loving a band give another chance every while :)
