Description

On September the 19th, 2008, Corsica Studios threw open its doors to the first ever Trouble Vision party. People came thick and fast as Corsica’s twin railway arches were shook to their foundations by the likes of Rusko, Jack Beats, L-Vis 1990 and The Correspondents to name but a few.

One year on and Trouble Vision has come a long way. The lineups have got bigger by the month and the regulars have come to expect the unexpected. From the gypsy-techno stylings of Noze back in November to the dancehall riddims of The South Rakkas Crew in March, few club genres have not been touched upon, especially when you throw the trademark Trouble Vision Silent Disco into the equation, which has always operated on the strap line “from abba to gabba, anything goes!”

So, on the 16th October, we celebrate our first birthday, and in celebration we are putting on our biggest most diverse lineup to date with tickets starting at a mere £5.

Shy FX, tops the bill in room 1 bringing his brand of good-times jungle to the table with heavy weight support from Rinse FM’s Plastician, and Leeds’ 9 piece party starters The Gentleman’s Dub Club. Further support comes from Fact faves Hot City and the ever impressive Tomb Crew plus residents.

Room 2 takes on a more booty shaking techno persona, with the mysterious Idiotproof taking centre stage alongside London’s first lady of Batty Bass Hannah Holland, and the unstoppable Mad Decent Boy 8-Bit.

Throw the Dalston 90’s RnB revivalists Work It! into the Silent Disco, up against the Hip Hop pedaling Yo Mama, plus tones of freebies from Trainerspotter and you have one serious party.
