O noapte cu bpm maxim si rafinament futurepop in Club Control (Str. Academiei nr. 19) pe 8 aprilie 2010.

Trupa COVENANT (futurepop/synthpop/electronic dance music) ne va induce o stare de euforie sonora, debutand cu imnuri electro de inspiratie nordica si mergand pana la ritmuri contagioase, desprinse din ritualuri atemporale.

Inceputa acum mai bine de 20 ani ca un proiect al unor tineri entuziasti, formatia s-a afirmat rapid, hiturile lor aflandu-se astazi in playlisturile a numeroase cluburi si posturi de radio. COVENANT au la activ 8 albume, iar in acest moment pregatesc lansarea unui nou material, “Modern Ruin”.

COVENANT sunt pionierii futurepop-ului, un gen muzical care se regaseste la confluenta dintre Depeche Mode si Kraftwerk. Prestatia lor live este una tandra dar penetranta, cu mici improvizatii ce sunt atat pe gustul cunoscatorului, cat si pe al celui la prima intalnire cu trupa. Artistii suedezi ne promit o calitate impecabila a sunetului si o prezenta scenica fina si eleganta. De-a lungul timpului au impartit scena si au colaborat cu nume precum Rammstein, VNV Nation, Project Pitchfork, Das Ich, And One. Multi dintre voi ati dansat macar o data pe “Bullet” intr-un club bucurestean. Iata ca a sosit momentul sa o ascultati live!

A night with maximum bpm and futurepop sophistication in Control Club (Academiei St., no 19) on April 8, 2010.
COVENANT (futurepop/synthpop/electronic dance music) will induce with their music a state of sonic euphoria, starting with electro anthems of northern inspiration, working its way toward addictive rhythms drawn from rituals or time immemorial.

Started over 20 years ago as the project of enthusiastic teens, the band quickly caught the public’s attention. Nowadays their hits can be found in the playlists of many clubs and radio stations. COVENANT have 8 albums to their credit, and are currently preparing the release of a newly recorded material, "Modern Ruin".

COVENANT are the pioneers of futurepop, a musical genre found at the crossroad between Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk. They perform in a gentle yet penetrating manner, inserting minor improvisations that appeal both to connoisseurs, and the audience recently introduced to the band. The Swedish artists promise flawless sound quality and a refined and elegant stage presence. Over time, they have shared the stage and collaborated with bands such as Rammstein, VNV Nation, Project Pitchfork, Das Ich, And One. Many of you have danced to “Bullet” at least once in a Bucharest club. Now the time to listen to it live has come!
