Saskrotch as DETHKLOK
http://www.myspace.com/saskrotch
For years, Saskrotch has been known as a pioneer and innovator in the often uninspiring field of chipbreak. Over the last 6 years he’s put out 14 releases under various pseudonyms, usually self released under his Give Daddy The Knife and Handheld Heroes labels. Usually sticking to heavily layered melodies and hyperactive break beats, this Halloween he’ll be performing as the world’s most successful cartoon metal band of all time: Dethklok. If the limits of brutality is a concept that escapes you, you will not want to miss this.

Chipocrite as PRINCE
www.chipocrite.com.
Paul Weinstein started making music with Game Boys in early 2009. It was the sound he felt he was destined to create, a mix of old and new, a way to bridge the comforting video game tones he grew up with and the complex but catchy songs he was hearing in his head all those years later. He’s constantly adding new songs to his repertoire, which has been described as “upbeat and danceable.” He’s also been known to throw in some electric bass or guitar every so often. It’s exciting, it’s neato, and, above all, it’s some of the most fun he’s ever had making music.

Visuals by NO CARRIER AND ENSO
http://www.no-carrier.com/
Don Miller performs live visuals in real time under the alias NO CARRIER. He works with nearly obsolete repurposed electronics to create high energy low resolution abstract video. Part of the 8bitpeoples artist collective, he performs, exhibits, and lectures worldwide. Miller is based in Philadelphia, where he organizes and curates 8static, a monthly showcase of low-bit music and visuals.

http://enso.tumblr.com/
enso is Alex Bond, a visual artist, live visualist, and illustration student from NY currently living in Philly. He primarily uses a pair of GP2X handhelds loaded up with his own pixel art to VJ at live music events. His artwork draws inspiration equally from 8-bit aesthetics as it does the fine arts. His work has been featured on Boing Boing’s Offworld as well as exhibited at the Esther M. Klein Gallery in Philadelphia and at the Playlist show at iMAL in Brussels.
