Description
Following their first show selling out The Drums announce this second show by popular demand. The Drums are set to play their Groovin’ the Moo sideshow at The Corner Hotel. The band formed in 2008 releasing a song aptly entitled ‘Best Friend’ given two of the three members have been friends ever since having met as children at a summer camp. They started out amongst the surf culture in Florida and later moving to New York. Dubbed “New York’s official coolest new band” by influential music news website NME, the group is now a trio following the departure in late 2010 of guitarist Adam Kessler but is still going strong with extensive international touring planned for 2011 with upcoming appearances at Coachella and Lollapalooza.
