Description
The Currency Exchange Tour will once again include internationally lauded battle MC Illmaculate who has
undoubtedly amassed the crew’s longest list of achievements. While contributing over 5 million views to YouTube &
headlining battles across the world – which boasts back-to-back victories with his partner The Saurus in the 2-on-2 World
Rap Championships, and a title in the Scribble Jam MC battle – Illmaculate maintains his “music first” mantra. In 2012,
Illmaculate released his long-awaited album Skrill Talk on Wapikiya Records, and then quickly followed it up with a free
album titled Chron: Legacy.
Goldini Bagwell is an international man of mystery but he might share some secrets if you are polite
enough to put a few bottles of Jameson on your tab. It’s been just over a year since the release of his debut album,
Chainsmoke; an introduction that resonated with audiences all over the map thanks to vividly constructed narratives over
Pmpee Beats’ timeless sounding and forward-thinking backdrops. Goldini is teaming up with the Lahti, Finland-based
producer once again for his upcoming Second Hand Smoke project, which will consist of a free EP Review (X-Ray) followed
by Extended Cut (Surgery).
DJ Spark / SparkerLewis’ not only the DJ for Sandpeople but one of the regions most respected turntablist. His
veteran leadership has landed him with gigs DJing for Mr. Lif, Camp Lo, Macklemore, Greyskul, Devin The Dude. He’s also
had the honor of opening up for some of hip hop all time greats, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Rakim, Kurtis Blow, Kool Keith.
Spark will be holding down the Sandpeople 2013 European tour bringing his own brand of turntabalistic flair in a full on
audio visual presentation.
Serge Severe gained national recognition in 2012 being featured in Red Bull's "On The Come Up" editorial, was a guest on the famous Halftime Radio Show in NYC, performed a show in Brooklyn with Lord Finesse, as well as was featured in an episode of Spittin' In Da Wip. Severe also released the two EP's- Silver Novelist & Service Without A Smile.
