Having performed sold out shows around the country in 2013, New Zealand’s Shapeshifter bring their explosive brand of heavy soul back to Australia this March for shows in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Byron Bay.
Shapeshifter’s highly successful, fearlessly experimental fifth studio album Delta was embraced by an army of music lovers, who took it to #1 on the New Zealand album chart and have kept it in the top 40 since its release. Delta also climbed to #11 on the iTunes album chart in Australia, with radio getting behind the lead single ‘Gravity’.
Shapeshifter now release their latest single ‘Endless’, with a cinematic video shot in Japan representing a mythical night time adventure in Tokyo.
Shapeshifter’s sell-out Australian shows last year were described as “ferocious” and an “absolute rinse out of the highest order” by themusic.com.au, with Tone Deaf saying “Shapeshifter showed a receptive Melbourne crowd what world-class is really all about”.
