the best way is to go to the metro station VYSOČANSKÁ on the yellow B line and take buses 136, 177, 183 or 195 to the bus stop K ŽIŽKOVU, which is just 2 stops far away from the metro. To go back, last metro for the centre from VYSOČANSKÁ runs at 0:13. Afterwards you can use night trams 52 or 54 running every 30 mins from the tram stop Nádraží Libeň (the one between Vysočanská and K Žižkovu - 10mins walking) or Balabenka (15mins walking).
