Description
Most Americans will know the song “I Love Rock n’ Roll” as a staple of Rock in America. Harborfest is pleased to welcome the hit song’s singer Joan Jett with her new group the Blackhearts. Her sound is known for being “the background music of our lives” as she is often called “the girl Elvis”. Joan Jett is also known for her all girl band creation The Runaways while still a teen and for Broadway and film credits. Most recently Joan Jett debuted in the Rocky Horror Show on Broadway.
