Description
Figureheads of German electro music, Mouse on Mars draw upon krautrock, techno and ambient to create their unique sound. They perform a specially created soundtrack live to Werner Herzog's 1971 film Fata Morgana as part of Ether 2009.
Filmed in the Sahara desert, Herzog describes Fata Morgana as 'a documentary shot by extraterrestrials from the Andromeda Nebula, and left behind'.
