The eighth annual Premios MTV Latinoamérica 2009 will take place on October 15, 2009 in Bogotá, Colombia at Corferias, Los Angeles, United States at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Mexico City, Mexico and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
