The full «Systo Packet» includes:

* Festival ticket, valid for all days (20 or 30 euro)
* Bus from Helsinki to Systo festival and back (~50 euro)

Transportation:

We are arranging Systo Bus transportation to the festival. The bus will bring us all the way to the festival area, departure from center of Helsinki and bring us back to Helsinki.
On the way to the festival we will stop at a Russian shopping centre for food and drinks. The bus trip will take around 6-7 hours, including customs and shopping.

Cost of 2-ways ticket – 50 euro

Bus from Helsinki (Centre, Rautatientori) to Systo Palty:

7th May 2010 @ 12:00
@ 9:00 (this bus will only be arranged if there's enough people)

Bus from Systo Palty to Helsinki:

9th May 2010 @ 17:00 (we should arrive in Helsinki around midnight, so people can get some sleep before work)

10th May 2010 @ 17:00 (this bus will only be arranged if there's enough people)

There will be secure and free parking space for those who want to travel with own car.
Please inform us in advance.

Visa:

To travel to Russia you will need a Visa! (cost ~50 Euro)

We can help you to organize your Visa. This service is included in the full «Systo Packet»

You need to provide:

1. Valid national passport
There should be no notes, remarks or corrections which are not legalized by the relevant authorities of the applicants country. There should not be pages torn out or ripped. There should be at least 2 blank pages for visas in the passport. The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after visa's expiration date.
2. Completed Visa application form
Visa application form must be typed or completed in block letters in Russian, English or Finnish. Incomplete visa application forms shall not be processed. All the questions in the application form should be answered. The application form should be signed and dated by the applicant personally.

3. One photograph
The passport photo (3cm x 4 cm in size), either in black and white or in color. The photo needs to display a full frontal view of the face. Sunglasses or tinted glasses are not permitted. Head coverings and hats are only acceptable due to religious beliefs, and in this case there shall be a similar photo with a head covering in the applicant`s passport.
4. Medical insurance certificate valid in Russia.
If you don't have a valid insurance we can help arranging it for you. Please note that only insurance certificates which are valid in the territory of Russia and cover the whole period of staying are accepted

Vaisto Workshop (Plazankuja 2, Helsinki).
