POP Montreal is also super excited to be organizing two weekends of free outdoor activities in June, starting with Spring POP at FIAT’s 2012 Little Italy Racing Weekend! From June 8th to the 10th, POP Montreal partners with TD Bank Group to bring 3 days of music, with Katie Moore, Fanny Bloom, Creature, Mozart’s Sister, Jef Barbara, Sean Nicolas Savage and for the first time in Montreal, Toronto’s The Belle Comedians! To top it off, Saturday and Sunday will promise FREE Kids POP events from 1pm to 4pm (at the corner of Shamrock and St-Laurent) with a much anticipated Spring Puces POP edition at Église St-Enfant Jésus (5035 St-Dominique), from 11am to 6pm. Puces POP is thrilled to welcome several newcomers to its fair, including woodwork bicycle accessories by Fredérique Yannic, raw material jewelry by rare specimens, knitted accessories and prints by Rousskine, paintings by Julie Lequin, as well as handmade housewear by Objets Mécaniques and the decadent Bon en cochon - The Good Pig, both making their crafts fair debut! Back on the outdoor stage, Bro Look Good! will close off festivities Sunday at 7pm, playing a live soundtrack to FIAT 2012 Little Italy Racing Weekend’s fashion show.
