Dmitry Koldun was born on June 11th, 1985 in Minsk, Belarus. He is Belarusian pop-artist, who also is the winner of "Star Factory".

Since the age of four, Dmitry desired to become a doctor. He graduated from the medical class of the Minsk High School with a silver medal.
At the age of eleven he fall in love for the first time with his classmate who vigorously rejected the feelings of the future artist. Giving way to despair the teenager wrote the short story "Polkan the dog - Peter's friend", where all one hundred and sixty six words started with the letter "P". The work was by the way published in the column "Records" of "Argumenty i Fakty v Belorussii" daily.
In 2002 Koldun entered the faculty of chemistry of the Belarusian State University. He refused to become a doctor and prepared to become a professional chemist. And being the bearer of the "magic" surname (Koldun means "magician") "conjured" such unreal substances that he himself was astonished. What strange force could suddenly attract him, a serious young man, a potential scientist, to show-business?

In 2004 Dmitry Koldun was the finalist of the RTR-television project "People's artist-2". In 2004-2005 he worked in the State Concert Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus headed by Mikhail Finberg and in the Grand Prix studio headed by the composer Oleg Eliseenkov, who is still his business partner.
In the same year Dmitry took part in the concerts of the National Festival of Belarusian Sons and poetry "Molodechno-2005" and of al Arts Festival "Slavyansky Bazar in Vitebsk".

In 2006 Koldun became the winner of the "Star Factory" of Viktor Drobysh on the "First Channel". During the project Dmitry performed "Still Loving You" with the legendary group Scorpions, after which he was invited by the soloist Klaus Meine to perform this song during the joint tour. After winning "Star Factory" Koldun concluded a contract with the National Music Corporation and became the soloist of the reorganized group "K.G.B." (Koldun, Gurkov, Barsukov).

In 2007, Koldun represented Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest with "Work Your Magic" and came in sixth.

Since then he has released several albums and singles.
