Biography
イルリメ (romanized as Illreme; real name 鴨田潤 Jun Kamoda) is a musician from the Kansai region of Japan who combines hip-hop music with many other genres. There were originally two members, but Kamoda continued the project even after MC Kagome left. Kamoda first took an interest in radio and music when he was in middle school, and began composing his own music with a synthesizer when he was 18. Illreme's first album, イるreメ短編座 (Illreme Tanpenza) was self-released in 2000 and his ninth and most recent, 360°SOUNDS, was released in 2010. He has also collaborated with many other artists of varying genres. Additionally, his song "Kuru Kuru Rock" was featured in the Playstation 2 game We Love Katamari.
