Biography
シンディケイト (CindyKate) was a Japanese Visual Kei band that started activities in 2006 under the name CindyKate. They disbanded in 2013.
In 2008, CindyKate changed the writing of their name to katakana going as シンディケイト and released some CDs with that name.
After some members' departures and discussions (e.g. the poor health of vocalist Yuui’s father), シンディケイト decided to disband in February 2009, but finally returned to the scene and temporarily changed their name to CINDY&KATE.
Drummer GENJI and bassist Shun soon left the band, leaving them with two members.
On May 29, 2010, CINDY&KATE. announced they have added three new members to their line-up.
They again changed their name to シンディケイト and moved to UNDER CODE PRODUCTION.
