Kazuko Utsumi (内海和子, real name 下山和子, Shimoyama Kazuko) (born February 16th, 1967, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer and former child actress. After starring in a few variety shows in the early 1980s, such as All Night Fuji, Kazuko released her first single, "蒼いメモリーズ", in November of 1986. She went on to release her solo debut (and only studio album) "LUNCH TIME" in March of the following year. She released 4 singles, a solo album, and a compilation of greatest hits in 2002.
