Takashi Utsunomiya (宇都宮隆, born October 25, 1957) is a Japanese vocalist and stage actor. He was born in Kumamoto Prefecture and grew up in Tokyo. He began his musical career in the band SPEEDWAY (スピードウェイ) in 1979. After SPEEDWAY broke up, he and two of the former members formed TM NETWORK in 1983. He also began a solo side project in 1992 under the name T.UTU and participates in BOYO-BOZO and U_Wave. He appeared on the soundtrack for the video game Beautiful Katamari with the song Katamari Dancing. Stage productions he has participated in include the musical RENT (1998, 1999, 2002) and Sound Horizon's 6th Story Concert "Moira" (2008-2009).
