Hayato Matsuo (born August 13, 1965) is a Japanese composer. He is well known for writing the music for Magic Knight Rayearth, Street Fighter Alpha, Transformers Armada, HELLSING OVA SERIES and others. He also orchestrated the opening and ending themes for the 2006 Square Enix game Final Fantasy XII.
