It's written ドツペルゲンガー on the cover deliberately, either to be reminiscent of Classical Japanese (which has no small っ), or just in order to maintain symmetry in the tracklist. Same for やつつけ仕事 instead of やっつけ仕事.

This is just katakana, which are pretty easy to learn (hiragana aren't much more difficult). It's when you get into kanji and the other scripts that things get complicated. Anyway, K_a_t_a_n_a and orange-poisoner are correct; it's written ドツペルゲンガー on the album cover.

Nope, it's not. I know it's written the wrong way, but it was like that on the CD cover. It must've been done on purpose.

No, this one's wrong. The correct tag is "doppelganger": 「ドッペルゲンガー 」。「ドツペルゲンガー」 spells dotsuperugengaa or something, which is gibberish.
