Biography

Ryô Mizutsuki (水月陵, born Kiyoko Yamada on December 23, 1970) is a female composer and arranger of Japanese video game music based in Hyôgo Prefecture. When performing vocals for video game soundtracks she uses the names KIYO and KIYØ. She has also done voice acting.

"Season Off" was her first published song, released in 1991 on a doujin compilation CD. She is best known for writing the soundtracks for the games in the Koihime Musô (恋姫†無双) series, Little Busters!, Rewrite, and Hatsuyuki Sakura (はつゆきさくら). She has worked with many doujin artists including Yui Sakakibara (榊原ゆい) and Chata (茶太) as well as with the sound teams for major game studios (Key, Capcom, SAGA PLANETS) and musical projects such as I've Sound.
