清浦夏実 (Natsumi KIYOURA), born July 14, 1990, in Chiba Prefecture, is a Japanese actress, seiyuu (voice actress) and a singer. She performed opening themes for anime series Spice and Wolf, Sketchbook ~full color'S~ and the ending theme #14 of anime Keroro Gunso.
Her musical career debuted with the single Kaze Sagashi in 2007, and had released her first album, 19 Colors in 2010. Aside from singing, Kiyoura also possessed multiple talent such as piano and composition.
She is currently a member of TWEEDEES.
