MAMAMOO (Hangul: 마마무) is a four-member girl group formed in South Korea in 2014 by Rainbow Bridge World. The members are Solar (솔라), Moonbyul (문별), Wheein (휘인), and Hwasa (화사). The group officially debuted on June 18, 2014 with the song "Mr.애매모호". They made their first comeback on November 21, 2014 with their 2nd mini-album Piano Man.
The group's third mini-album titled Pink Funky and title song "음오아예 (Um Oh Ah Yeh)" was released on June 19, 2015. The song was a commercial success, peaking at number three on the Gaon Chart, becoming their first top three single.
On February 26, 2016 the group released their first full-album, Melting. Following the release on March 6, 2016 Mamamoo received their first music show win with "넌 is 뭔들" on Inkigayo.
