Oh Ji-Eun(오지은) is singer-songwriter from South Korea. She was recognized by winning bronze prize 17th Yoo Jae-Ha Music Competition at 2006.
She made her first album by almost her own effort, from recording to printing and delivering. As her first album, she didn't want any interference by belong to label. So she uploaded some live videos to YouTube and received pre-orders as funding for production of the album. Pre-oderers who liked her music send a million and 480 thousand Won (about a thousand more USD). And with favor of Korean engineer who worked at recording studio in US, she could mix her songs for free. At January 2007, she release the album "Ji-Eun" and sold out of first 2 thousand copies. The album re-released with new cover at April 2008.
September 2008, she contract with Happy Robot Record and re-release her first album in DIGI-PAK at December.
Her second album that same name with first album "Ji-Eun" released at April 2009.
