Biography
Playback (Hangul: 플레이백) was a five member South Korean girl group under Coridel Entertainment. Playback's final lineup consisted of Yunji (윤지), Hayoung (하영), Yujin (유진), Woolim (우림), and Eunjin (은진).
The group was originally signed to the Clear Company as four members and officially debuted with the release of their first digital single “Playback” on June 25, 2015.They held their debut stage on M! Countdown on the same day.
The group released their second single on September 2, 2015: "없을까 (feat. 에릭남)" (featuring Eric Nam). Following this release, the group entered a hiatus and left Clear Company. In 2017, the group signed to Coridel Entertainment (their labelmate is Jessica Jung, former Girls' Generation member) and added one new member: Eunjin.
After two and a half years, the group released their pre-release track "말하지 못한 이야기" on October 20, 2017. Eight days later, they released their second single album 말해줘, which consists of their pre-release track and promoted title song "말해줘".
The group disbanded sometime in February 2018.
