23rd Underpass is a project that first came to life in 2009 in Athens by musician Costa Andriopoulo (writing and composing music). He released his first 12" Maxi Single "You'll never know" and "sometimes" with the collaboration of Taxiarhis Zolotas (lyrics-vocals ) and John Papagiannis (arrangments) on the Italian/Hollandian Record Label - Iventi Records and became a smashed hit and a quick 2 weeks sold out!! In 2013 23rd Underpass are consisting by Costa Andriopoulo and Nadia Vassilopoulou ( lyrics- vocals ) and they collaborate with various artists-singers us featuring.
