82-75 is a serial number of the piano that lives and sounds in the room in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia. That room belongs to Daniel Alshevsky, who recorded his first album in 2011 - лес в корабле (russian for 'forest in the ship') while being just 17 years old. In his recordings he uses mainly piano, guitar, bass, bow and his voice.
