I dig this Soundtrack since teenagerhood, and it simply never gets old. Akira was at his most versatile and experimental phase, incrementing elements of Post-Rock and Illbient to his songwriting. Everything here is hypnotic, rich in textures, smartly layered and with some kind of twisted neo-noir touch that makes this soundtrack really standout when compared to other Akira Yamaoka works.
