Biography
Alfa Romero is a project by Marzio Aricò aka Prudo and Lorenzo Bartoletti. Solid rhythms, a strong sense for the dance floor and synthetic melodies are the main ingredients of their music productions, always enhanced with a great musical feeling.The project started in 2006, was an idea from Marzio Aricò and Francesco Parra aka Eclat both known for their music productions on labels such as Moodmus…ic, Dirt Crew Recordings, Music For Freaks, Pias e Trapez.Since 2006, Alfa Romero has produced and remixed for labels such as Minisketch (SPA), Lo-Fi Stereo (GER), Dirt Crew Recordings (GER), Players Paradise (GER), Ministry of Sound (UK), Fabric, Freak n' Chic (FRA), Titbit (ITA), Superfreq (UK), Elettrowave (ITA), Globox (ITA), Orion (ITA) e Supernature (UK). All the releases made by Alfa Romero have been played, selected and supported by the best international djs. Since 2011 Lorenzo Bartoletti, new up and coming artist of Mindshake Records (Paco Osuna’s label), has become part of the Alfa Romero team bringing creativity and new input. In the course of 2012 Prudo would be part of Davide Squillace's new label This and That (SPA) making his debut together with his friend and musician Andrea Guzzoletti with a release to be previewed this coming summer. In 2012 the opening of their own label Alfa Romero Recordings will be their main priority.
